When my girls were little (and not so little) the wonderful neighbors would leave a message from the Easter bunny written in chalk on the driveway and scatter candy-filled eggs on the lawn. The girls would eagerly await Easter morning to see what the bunny had written and left for them. They would scurry outside with their little straw baskets to pore over the greeting and collect the treats. It never failed to delight. Today I looked out and saw two little eggs - one greenwich green, one lilly pink - tucked in next to the morning paper. Yes, we were delighted!
